A virtual face to face meeting with Jazz, a 20 year veteran hair stylist, to confirm what needs to be done for us to achieve the best possible results for your hair. This is an opportunity for both the stylist and the client to be properly prepared for the service. Although air is not a one size fits all solution, we can confirm cost, longevity, appointment length, maintenance, what to expect and what products should be used. The cost of the consultation is applied towards the cost of your service. Consultations are non/refundable & non/transferable.
Politique d'annulation
Deposit & Cancellation Policy To provide every guest with dedicated, one-on-one service, a deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final service amount and compensate for reserved salon time. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or modified with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, will forfeit the deposit. Clients who provide at least 24 hours' notice may reschedule one time and have their deposit applied to the new appointment date. By booking online, by phone, or by text, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of all salon policies.
