Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To provide every guest with dedicated, one-on-one service, a deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final service amount and compensate for reserved salon time.

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or modified with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, will forfeit the deposit. Clients who provide at least 24 hours' notice may reschedule one time and have their deposit applied to the new appointment date.

By booking online, by phone, or by text, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of all salon policies.
